Even with lvl 8 informatics couldn't scout Vladymer's other two cities. Here's some messages we exchanged when he understood I was scouting him:

Vladymer: Knock yourselves out. You have 16 members, we have 97. Do you really want to escalate to spam attacks?*shrug*
Bai Kolio: All we want is peace which seems to be the one thing you don't want. Btw just for fun remind me how many of those 97 members are in Friesland? Just back off from our cities and we won't bother you, it's as simple as that.
